I have a piece in a show at Palmer Projects soon, with a few familiar faces... My works were a series of 2 prints (click to see)- one a pile of tapes, one 'the scene' as shown below. They sold all 40 I had prepared - will put out another edition soon. |
| VENUE MAGAZINE #23 - Oxford Art Factory feature |

They used the tape wall for the cover shot, with the Venue masthead dropped in as a cassette, then had a few nice spreads inside also. |
| MCA ZINE FAIR - 25/5/08 |
![]() |
We had a few tables at the MCA zine fair, as part of the Sydney Writers Festival. Restored my faith in these events, after some major zine fair let-downs of late. An excellent day, and the unofficial launch of Long story Short #8, among other things. Good times with my table bros: Tristan, Joseph + DL76. |

| GROUP SHOW AT VALUE KING, SA opens march 14 |
In 1996 I went on a mystery flight to Adelaide. A friend was trying to impress a girl, and asked me along as a third wheel. Made for a weird dynamic, and all we did was go to Rundle mall for 8 hours, then come home. It didn't get him anywhere, and the whole day was kind of awkward. |
| HIGHSCHOOL CLASSICS - TAPE PAINTING AT OXFORD ART FACTORY by myself and Luka du Chateau, Jan 24 |
![]() |
| I pitched this idea a while back to the OAF, for their 25 metre gallery wall, and the perfect opportunity to do it came up last week - for the Big Day Out afterparty. All up there are 5 archways like the above. Massive 24 hour session painting it, with Luka from Of The Castle on the assist. By the end, we could kinda see through time. The imagery itself comes from my teenage collection of tapes, mostly originals, but also a few hand written bootlegs chucked in - true 90's style... black and white high contrast... and $100 worth of posca's well spent! |
| SPREAD FOR ONESHOT ZINE Issue #5 |

For issue 5, the boys have finally upped things to A6. Also has an interview wth Caib. Reminds me a lot of the first zines DMc and I were making in Highschool, The Sauce + Damn Kids. ![]() |
After working together on a zine a couple of months back, Tristan Ceddia and I put together this wall piece for Ritchie at Another", on Burton St in Sydney. Order of the evening was no plan - just meet with sketchbooks and a some reference material, and a $50 photocopy budget at kinkos, then get busy pasting freeform style... Stay tuned for a commemorative zine documenting the installation. in the meantime, trip on this for the full image compile. |

Value King in SA just picked up The End. Nice looking spot, just opened its doors in December. Not only do they have a gallery space, the boys are also equipped with an OG tournament edition of NBA Jam! I suck at the game, but can appreciate the sentiment...

CLASS OF '96 |
I returned to highschool today, to talk to year 11 art students about being a graphic designer and running the gallery. I had a lot of random work to show them from the 10 plus years its been since I graduated, but spent most of the session stressing the importance of having an 'inside guy' at kinkos. |
ACCLAIM #7 - June 2007 |
![]() |
| I wrote an article on Eric Orr for Acclaim, when he was out to show at China Heights in March. Eric designed a lot of early rap logos. Busy B, Jazzy Jay, Strong City... and a few 90s acts like D.I.T.C. It was great to have him in the country. Top guy. |
